Gov. Ritter, Sen. Schwartz Mourn Environmental Artist Jeanne-Claude

Artist Jeanne-Claude died today. With her husband, Christo, she built the famed 1970s “Valley Curtain” project over Colorado’s Rifle Gap and were working on a new project, “Over The River,” in the Arkansas Valley.
