Legislators Crafting Bill Changing How Teachers, Principals Evaluated

A study by the New Teacher Project on evaluation systems in four states, including Colorado, found fewer than 1 percent of the 40,000 teachers in the study had ever received a less than satisfactory rating on an evaluation.
