On MONDAY February 8, 2010, the 100th Anniversary of the Boy Scouts of America (BSA), a delegation of young men and women embodying the goals of Scouting and exemplifying the Scout Oath and Law will present the BSA’s 2009 achievements and 2010 goals during its Report to the State at the Colorado State Capitol hosted by Speaker of the House Terrance D. Carroll.
