Lois Tochtrop was quoted as saying of her SB12-038. But not everyone agrees. “This bill was drafted by State Farm (and is) being pushed forward by State Farms lobbyists,” Erin Kristofco, of Merlin Group, an advocate for homeowners, told the TV station.
