House OKs concealed weapons sans permit

From The Pueblo Chieftain: By a vote of 40-25, the Colorado House on Wednesday passed a bill that would allow anyone who can legally possess a gun to carry concealed weapons. Southern Colorado Democrats were among seven from the minority party who joined Republicans in voting for HB1205.
