The Denver Business Journal: Separate Colorado House committees killed bills Tuesday that would have repealed the 1-1/2-year-old state hospital provider fee and would have required the state to identify the biggest users of business tax breaks and publish them online. House members also shot down an attempt to allow auto dealerships to open on Sunday and approved a bill that will allow the Secretary of State to improve the security of business records on his office’s web site.
