Colorado anti-bullying bill faces first test in House

From The Denver Post: A bill to deal with school bullying — the product of a bipartisan group of Colorado legislators — faces its first test in a House committee today. The legislation, House Bill 1254, would increase statewide efforts to curb bullying in schools, and create a committee to study the problem and a fund to fight it.
