From The Denver Business Journal: Colorado Senate Minority Leader Mike Kopp has introduced a bill to examine a complete reform of the state’s regulatory system — a proposal that came partly out of a meeting that Kopp held with business groups before the start of this legislative session. Senate Bill 167 would form a task force to look into aspects of state regulation, including fines levied against businesses, the need for current regulations and the economic conditions that can merit a downsizing of a current regulatory body.
