State Rep. Jerry Frangas pulled petition paperwork for the city council race to represent northwest Denver, the elections division of the Denver clerk and recorders office said today, according to The Denver Post. But later, Frangas told The Post that he likely will stick with his plans to run for a state Senate seat, but wants to keep his options open.
