A bill to give commercial rafting companies the right to float through private property without fear of being sued for trespassing gets its first hearing at the state Capitol Monday, The Denver Post reports. Lobbyists for House Bill 1188 promise a strong showing by rafters, many of whom plan to bring their rafts along for the ride.
