With 2010 here, Gov. Bill Ritter concedes that covering every Coloradan is not going to happen, at least not anytime soon. Part of the reason, he tells The Denver Post, is the economy, which has caused the worst state budget crisis since the Great Depression. Part of the reason is because Colorado is watching what Congress is doing with health care reform. But, as Ritter has learned, the issue of changing the health care system also is immensely complex.
