Penry’s Announcement Against Running Means Scrum In HD-54

Onetime Colorado gubernatorial candidate Sen. Josh Penry will not seek re-election to his state Senate seat, the Grand Junction Republican tells the hometown Daily Sentinel. The announcement means current Rep.
