Middleton Says Her Native American Tuition Bill Likely Will Die

The sponsor of a controversial bill that would have reduced the amount Fort Lewis College is reimbursed to provide free tuition to Native American students said on Thursday that the legislation likely will likely be killed, and that she never expected the fallout that occurred.
