The Legal Services Committee meets at 10 a.m. The agenda is here. The committee is to discuss rules related to the Division of Real Estate, the Public Utilities Commission, the state Board of Human Services, the State Administrative Procedure Act (Secretary of State’s Office) as well as legislative approval for electronically updating bill summaries during the session.
