Penry, McInnis Bash Ritter’s Oil Shale Position

The two Grand Junction Republicans hoping to replace Gov. Bill Ritter said a federal oil shale decision supported by Ritter offers little hope to the Western Slope economy, the Grand Junction Daily Sentinel reports.
