STATE BILL COLORADO
Rico Munn, the current head of the state’s Department of Regulatory Agencies, will succeed former congressman David Skaggs as executive director of the Colorado Department of Higher Education.
Gov. Bill Ritter such Munn will assume his new duties Nov. 2.
Greg Ferland, who is currently deputy director at the Department of Regulatory Agencies, will serve as DORA’s interim director, the governor added.
